New direction from Reesink this BTME

Golf course transportation is a vital offering for members and with so many options on the market, Reesink eVehicles is simplifying the decision for visitors at BTME by bringing the STAR Sirius 2 Pro and the alternative singe person transport option, the KAASPEED.

Darren Clewes, the new Sales Manager for Reesink e-Vehicles, says:

We appreciate clubs want to provide the best possible experience for their members and guests which is why we’re bringing the Sirius to BTME. When it comes to the customisation, quality, finish, and the details of the Sirius, it’s above and beyond what other brands offer and will help clubs stand out from the rest.

Designed specifically as a personal transportation vehicle, the Sirius is crafted to the highest engineering, environmental, and ergonomic standards. Being all-electric, the ride is quiet, smooth and there are no fumes, no fuss, and it has all-day use range.

The sheer range of above-and-beyond standard features it comes with set it apart from the off: the quality of the seats, alloy wheels, self-cancelling integrated turn signals, easy read digital display, independent suspension with double A-arms, quiet drive system with temperature protection, the built-in screen on the dash – that’s something not all brands have – all amounts to delivering a stylish ride for guests. It has a sporty look, too, which is considered very attractive.

Additional battery-powered course transport comes in the form of the innovative and stand out alternative KAASPEED course scooter. This electric, lightweight, self-balancing, wide-wheeled scooter adds an element of fun to clubs and appeals to a younger generation of golfers.

First things first, its quiet and sturdy in build quality.

It’s surprisingly light, weighing only 45kgs, and comes with a car-grade LG cell lithium-ion battery, cleverly stowed in the footrest. It’s long-lasting with a long range – a maximum of 31 miles; high performance including top speed of 28mph – which can be limited, and a smart battery management system featuring temperature resistance. And the motor is highly efficient with more torque to easily handle any course undulations.

Visitors can come on stand to hear from Darren how KAASPEED scooters can be pre-configured to hire or buy, with a radius front tyre and a solid tyre wall on the rear, which provides the unique self-balancing profile. There are four stock colours and up to 10 special colours with 14 accessories such as a phone holder and basket to choose from, not just its golf bag holder kit.

“It’s clear the future for transport options around the golf course or sports grounds is electric – no emissions, no noise, no pollution, no disturbance, little maintenance. And it’s fast becoming the case that the preferred choice of battery power is now lithium rather than lead acid. These two transportation options for golf courses are worth seeing in person, they bring with them huge appeal to a club’s offering,” concludes Darren.

Visitors to BMTE can see all this as well as meet with Reesink representatives to discuss their course and club fleet needs on stand 622.
